Shape memory materials (SMMs) in 3D printing (3DP) technology garnered much attention due to their ability to respond to external stimuli, which direct this technology toward an emerging area of research, “4D printing (4DP) technology.” In contrast to classical 3D printed objects, the fourth dimension, time, allows printed objects to undergo significant changes in shape, size, or color when subjected to external stimuli. Highly precise and calibrated 4D materials, which can perform together to achieve robust 4D objects, are in great demand in various fields such as military applications, space suits, robotic systems, apparel, healthcare, sports, etc. This review, for the first time, to the best of the authors’ knowledge, focuses on recent advances in SMMs (e.g., polymers, metals, etc.) based wearable smart textiles and fashion goods. This review integrates the basic overview of 3DP technology, fabrication methods, the transition of 3DP to 4DP, the chemistry behind the fundamental working principles of 4D printed objects, materials selection for smart textiles and fashion goods. The central part summarizes the effect of major external stimuli on 4D textile materials followed by the major applications. Lastly, prospects and challenges are discussed, so that future researchers can continue the progress of this technology.  相似文献

Bi4O5Br2/MnxZn1-xFe2O4 nanocomposites with impressive photocatalytic and recyclability properties were synthesised using a microemulsion method. In addition to the photocatalytic effect, the crystal structure and morphology, photoelectrochemical characteristics, magnetic effect and photocatalytic mechanism of Bi4O5Br2/MnxZn1-xFe2O4 were also investigated. As the best sample, the removal rate of the Bi4O5Br2/MnxZn1-xFe2O4 photocatalyst with 7.5 wt% MnxZn1-xFe2O4 to rhodamine B (RhB) reached up to 99.4% within 60 min. The enhanced photocatalyst activity was mainly attributed to the type-II heterojunction formed between Bi4O5Br2 and MnxZn1-xFe2O4, which not only optimised the energy band structure, but also led to the building of an interior electromagnetic field within the Bi4O5Br2/MnxZn1-xFe2O4 heterojunction. Meanwhile, the constantly producing and migrating h+ and ·O2? were the main active components. In particular, the results of the saturation magnetization tests and magnetic recovery experiments revealed that the magnetic composite photocatalyst can be recovered effectively. The results of the removal rate of RhB remaining at 85.2% after five uses reflected the advantages of the stability of the Bi4O5Br2/MnxZn1-xFe2O4 photocatalyst. In brief, this paper presented an original idea to develop a novel composite magnetic photocatalyst and research the enhancement mechanism of photocatalysis.  相似文献

A simple strategy for preparing MgO–Al2O3–CaO-based porous ceramics (MACPC) with high strength and ultralow thermal conductivity has been proposed in this work based on the raw material of phosphorus tailings. The effects of phosphorus tailings content, carbon black addition and heat treatment temperature on the properties of MACPC were studied, and their pore-forming mechanism during sintering was revealed. The results showed that the main phase composition of MACPC was magnesia alumina spinel and calcium aluminate after sintering at 1225 °C. Furthermore, the MACPC exhibited excellent comprehensive properties when 60 wt% phosphorus tailings and 40 wt% alumina were added, whose apparent porosity was 62.8%, cold compressive strength was 14.8 MPa, and the thermal conductivity was 0.106 W/(m·K) at 800 °C. The synchronously enhanced strength and thermal insulation properties of MACPC were related to the formation of uniformly distributed micropores (<2 μm) and passages in the matrix, which originated from the decomposition of phosphorus tailings and the burnt out of carbon black during the sintering process. The preparation of MACPC with high temperature resistance and excellent mechanical and thermal insulation properties with the raw material of phosphorus tailings provided an effective method for the high-value utilization of phosphorus tailings.  相似文献

Isotopic labeling experiments performed with a newly identified bacterial trichoacorenol synthase established a 1,5-hydride shift occurring in the cyclization mechanism. During EI-MS analysis, major fragments of the sesquiterpenoid were shown to arise via cryptic hydrogen movements. Therefore, the interpretation of earlier results regarding the cyclization mechanism obtained by feeding experiments in Trichoderma is revised.  相似文献

新型冠状病毒可以通过空气中的飞沫、气溶胶等载体进行传播,在公共场所下正确佩戴口罩可以有效地防止病毒的传播。提出了一种自然场景下人脸口罩佩戴检测方法,对RetinaFace算法进行了改进,增加了人脸口罩佩戴检测任务,优化了损失函数。在特征金字塔网络中引入了一种改进的自注意力机制,增强了特征图的表达能力。建立了包含3 000张图片的数据集,并进行手工标注,用于网络训练。实验结果表明该算法可以有效进行口罩佩戴检测,在自然场景视频中也取得了不错的检测效果。  相似文献

反问句是以疑问的形式表达强烈情感的修辞方式,对其有效识别可为自然语言处理中的情感分析任务提供技术支持。该文提出了一种基于语言特征自动获取的反问句识别方法。首先,利用标签注意机制,建立了一个数据驱动的特征抽取模型,用于获取与任务相关的词汇、句法结构、符号标记和话题等语言特征。其次,利用Bi-LSTM模型分别对句子和语言特征进行表示,两者的交互注意被用于获取句子的各个词和符号的注意力权重向量。该权重向量作用于句子的表示,用于构建一个强化语言特征的反问句识别模型。在中文微博数据集上的实验结果表明,提出的方法与之前的工作相比,反问句识别性能有显著提升。  相似文献

为满足电子半导体等领域对SiC超光滑、无损伤和材料高效去除的要求,提出了电助光催化抛光SiC的新方法。研究了光催化剂种类及其pH值对抛光液氧化性和抛光效果的影响,讨论了材料的去除机理。结果表明:以p25型TiO2为光催化剂配制抛光液所获得的最大氧化还原电位为633.11 mV,材料去除率为1.18 μm/h,表面粗糙度Ra=0.218 nm;抛光后SiC表面氧化产物中,Si-C-O、Si-O和Si4C4O4的含量明显增加,SiC表面被氧化并被机械去除是主要的材料去除方式。  相似文献

Repair and replacement of offshore wind turbine blades are necessary for current and future offshore wind turbines. To date, repair activities are often conducted using huge jack‐up crane vessels and by applying a reverse installation procedure. Because of the high costs associated with installation and removal of offshore wind turbine components and the low profit margin of the offshore wind industry, alternative methods for installation and removal are needed. This paper introduces a novel concept for replacement or installation of offshore wind turbine blades. The concept involves a medium‐sized jack‐up crane vessel and a tower climbing mechanism. This mechanism provides a stable platform for clamping, lowering, and lifting of a blade. A case study of a 5‐MW offshore wind turbine is shown, where common engineering practices were applied and numerical simulations of the marine operations were carried out using finite element and multibody simulation tools. Operational limits for wave and wind actions were established to demonstrate the technical feasibility of the proposed concept.  相似文献

南厂铅锌矿位于兰坪—思茅中生代坳陷北端,构造格局复杂,成矿条件优越。通过对矿床进行野外地质调查,对成矿地质背景、矿床地质特征、成矿机制和矿床成因进行了分析,发现南厂铅锌矿体主要呈透镜状赋存于第三系云龙组(Eyb)及下白垩统景星组(K1j1)地层中,与围岩接触部位发育微弱褪色蚀变,云龙组下段(Eya)是矿体底板有效的“屏蔽层”;区内发育原生砂岩型矿石、灰岩型矿石和氧化矿石,沉积构造特征明显,局部具有热液、变质作用改造特征;矿区地层、构造是矿床形成的重要因素,断裂构造是主要的容矿、导矿构造,高盐度热卤水沿导矿构造循环至有利层位、构造部位富集成矿,综合分析认为南厂矿床属热卤水为主的多成因层控型铅锌矿床。  相似文献

The independent influence of microstructural features on fracture toughness of TC21 alloy with lamellar microstructure was investigated. Triple heat treatments were designed to obtain lamellar microstructures with different parameters, which were characterized by OM and SEM. The size and content of α plates were mainly determined by cooling rate from single β phase field and solution temperature in two-phase field; while the precipitation behavior of secondary α platelets was dominantly controlled by aging temperature in two-phase field. The content and thickness of α plates and the thickness of secondary α platelets were important microstructural features influencing the fracture toughness. Both increasing the content of α plates and thickening α plates (or secondary α platelets) could enhance the fracture toughness of TC21 alloy. Based on energy consumption by the plastic zone of crack tip in α plates, a toughening mechanism for titanium alloys was proposed.  相似文献
